Has anyone here tried acupuncture?
I’ve been curious about acupuncture and how people actually find the experience. I’ve heard very different opinions about it, so I’d like to hear from people who have tried it themselves.
What was your first session like? Did you notice any changes afterward, or did it take a few sessions?
Would love to hear some genuine experiences, both positive and negative.
