Saw this published in the federal register this week.

SUMMARY: The Coast Guard is announcing its intent to enter into a Cooperative Research and Development Agreement (CRADA) with Lockheed Martin Corporation to develop a small size, low weight, high-power microwave (HPM) effector for stopping non-compliant vessels (NCV), to include personal watercraft (PWC), and small uncrewed surface vessels (USV).
