Hydrangeas - what’s wrong?

Does anyone know what’s wrong with these Hydrangeas? They were all growing well and looked lovely and healthy but over the past week or two the leaves seem to be going downhill with discolouration, spots/blotches and some leaves turning completely brown or yellow. The issue is effecting 4 different plants in different areas of the garden now but the other 8 or so Hydrangeas seem fine and unaffected - any ideas?

Help please - poorly Palm

Hi all,
I’m hoping to get some advice on this Palm (I believe it’s an Areca Palm) It belonged to my brother who had neglected it a bit before he passed away 3 years ago. My mum has been looking after it since then and it seemed to be improving and doing well for a good while but it then started going downhill and has been slowly getting worse over the past few months…dry ends, leaf loss and now fungal growth (?) at the base

It was getting 10ish hours daily of moderate indirect light, occasional fertilising and weekly watering. It believe it was just potted in regular all purpose compost (?) It’s now been given to me to see if I can save it lol. I know it’s just a plant but it’s quite sentimental within my family

My plan was to remove the old potting medium, rinse the rootball off, soak/spray the whole base of the plant with a fungicide and then repot in a very well-draining mix and put the plant somewhere with good air movement. I don’t know how correct that is, I grow orchids usually so feel a bit out of my depth here

Any opinions or tips welcome - thanks :)
