Any suggestions on good places in town to watch the Mexico vs. England World Cup match tonight at 8pm? Many of my typical soccer watching spots close early on Sunday or just aren't open today because of the slow holiday weekend.
I was thinking in particular any Mexican/Latin restaurants with good viewing setups anyone would recommend, would be a good time.
I know we got some Bapple gremlins in town might needing a fix. Went to Palace Saloon last night for the first time in years and to my surprise they've got Busch Apple cans on sale at the deck bar. Not sure how long they'll have it around for, but should be there this weekend at least.
For those hesitant to make the dive down to Palace, I saw Amicus Brewing has the Adam's Bapple on tap right now, their in-house take on the stuff. It's not bad, a little more subtle than the original. I know they said they were down to their last keg of it currently.
Any other places spotted around town with it available to drink?
