What was the first supplement you ever bought?

We all started somewhere. When I first started working out, I was so clueless that my first supplement was just a basic whey protein pack that my gym trainer recommended.

The absolute worst feeling in fitness is trying to get the scoop out of a brand-new tub.

You just bought a fresh supplement. You open the seal at home, ready to prep your shaker for the gym, and the scoop is buried at the absolute bottom of the powder.

Honestly, this exact kitchen mess is why I love the sachet. Instead of dealing with tubs or pre-mixing shakers at home that sit in your bag for hours, you just throw a single-serving sachet in your pocket, tear it on the gym floor, and you're good.

Who else is completely done dealing with the "buried scoop" struggle at home, or do you guys actually enjoy the powder mess?

I forgot mine today, and the gym's playlist was... painful. It felt like I lost 50% of my strength without my own music.

But I see some people who never wear them and are just locked in. How do you guys do it?
