I never understood the midsessin releases, are players notified they are on the bubble in advance?

Do they get paid?

In 2007 I attempted border crossing car got searched … turns out a camping trip previous left me an unwanted surprise … a small amount of marijuana and a mushroom
Stem.

I got denied. I had charges in Washington state, plead not guilty got a small fine.

Then a few months later I got a deportation letter. I showed up to my hearing and got banned for 10 years.

It has now been 19 years. Can I cross? Do I need a waiver (won’t happen with current administration I know)?

Edit for clarity: I have not attempted to return to the United States since that day. I live in Canada. I am a Canadian citizen. No criminal record, no arrests.
