4 days post-op from explant + mastopexy. Still pretty sore and tight. Recovery has definitely been uncomfortable, I can't lift my arms much yet but I’m really happy I finally did it. I’m still swollen and healing, but everything already feels more natural and more like me. I feel kinda blah, but I think thats mostly pain meds. I had my implants for 14 years.
