Anyone else noticing they only get surgeon, tactician and phantom for the 3rd skill track I've rerolled all day (about 8 hours) trying to get eagle eye but I still haven't seen it or warband show up.

Ps no it didn't show up at CR 1 or 6 neither did warband or berserker
