Hey everyone,
Hoping to seek some insight into your experience securing JHO jobs through the RMO campaign at hospitals that were oversubscribed for internship; are they often competitive to get a JHO rotational role at for PGY2? (Specifically GCUH/PA/RBWH). Or do the number of available JHO positions increase a heap compared to internship & you can usually secure one at most metro hospitals?
I understand the RMO campaign has closed now; but are there any other tips on how to navigate getting a position?
Appreciate any guidance/insight!
