Since y’all know site visits are damn expensive especially for projects in remote locations, I was wondering whether drone monitoring is replacing some of those site visits.
So basically we’re both 34 in age. Our combined income is around 3.2 lakhs a month. We have separate salaries but a joint goal which is to buy a bigger house than the current one in 6 years. We currently live in a 2bhk but we want a 3 bhk in the same locality, rough estimate is a gap of 1.2-1.4Cr to bridge. I basically want a 70-30 equity-debt split and systematic rebalancing but she wants we should be 90-10 till Year 4 and then flip it. We’ ve had this convo endlessly with no resolution. Is there a way for couples where both people can have different risk tolerances? Or should we just stick to the conservative person’s preference by default? Pls do help me out.
