In the seat matrix of the department of computer science SPPU 2 defence seats are shown ,but only 1 seat is allotted in cap 1 and cap 2

I've heard that the sem exams are pretty tough and it's not easy to pass. Is that actually true?

is it possible to cheat ,the collage i did my ug had no consiquence for getting caught

my other option is fugusson msc cs or mca cet with 95.2 percentile
