I made my first successful big batch of kimchi!! The first pic is pre-fermentation and the second pic is 2 weeks post-fermentation. I’m sooooo happy with how it turned out, especially considering how many ingredients I had to find substitutes for😭😭. Shoutout to r/kimchi for being the place where I found all my answers and reassurance. 😭😭
