I’ve an iphone 16 pro, i was on a video call with my friend in my room, and suddenly camera showed 2 pink lines on the camera, my friend informed me, i restarted my device but those lines were there.

The next morning i was again on video call on whatsapp with same friend and the screen went completely black. I never dropped my phone, there were no laser light or whatsoever to hinder with sensor, it just plainly stopped working, not how can i explain this to apple support, the iphone is no longer in warranty.

It feels like a scam tbh, bought such an expensive device and then it stopped working out of nowhere.
