Me and my partner are employees lang and this is our only money, we only get one shot at this, so we want to make sure we do everything we can to avoid getting burnt. My parents kung ilang beses ng nagkaproblema sa ibat ibang contractors. Mga friends ko ganyan din problema. Extreme Delays and substandard output and many more. Parang everyone in my circle has big problems with contractors one way or another. No happy story.
