Where could I find some templates to use for mug sublimation? The nephew and nieces start school this week and I want to make mugs for their teachers. I have a Cricut mug press but I need a template that I can use on my M1 Ultra to cut out the sublimation wrap and place it on the mug. Any suggestions?
I purchased my Xtool M1 Ultra in November of 2025.
Last week, while cutting Heat Transfer Vinyl, I received the following error message on my machine:
I followed the troubleshooting steps to no avail and reached out to Xtool Support on Tuesday, June 23rd. I received a response and was asked to submit a video along with the usage log, and was then told that it would take 2-3 business days for the tech support team to review my issue and resolve it. On Friday, June 26, I heard back from X Tool Support and was told that I would need to return the multifunction bracket and that X Tool Support would then ship me a new one once they received my defective multifunction bracket.
I should point out that I have XTool Care on my device and that it is only 7 months old. I have 30 hours of total usage on the device, and I have already experienced this type of critical failure.
To avoid further delay in receiving the replacement part, I had to pay $72 plus shipping to have it sent to me, rather than waiting for my part to arrive at the warehouse and then having a replacement shipped. I was told that once I sent back my replacement part, the $72 would be refunded. However, it is now a week later; I do not have a status update on the replacement part; I do not have the replacement part in hand; I have not heard back from X Tool Support; and I have not been able to use my machine.
The benefits outlined in X Tool Care have not been met, and the level of support I have received has been subpar.
If you are considering buying this device, I strongly encourage you to reconsider and think carefully about the level of service and support you will receive after you make your purchase. Even with X Tool Care, you will still experience extensive downtime and receive no help from their support team.
