I know a good amount of c++ (I think) and from what ive seen, most liminal space/weirdcore or dreamcore games are made in unity or unreal, but i never really like either of those personally

I've always been an opengl guy, so im wondering if i could make a dreamcore game with actual good graphics in opengl, and if i could, how long would it take?
