Are the Blueprints marked as “Unique” on this site obtained through a different method than the ones that can be randomly found in shipwrecks?

I’m thinking about temporarily setting up a second Corpo base to increase the number of bases I have. If I later abandon the base, will the maintenance cost reset to $0?
What happens if my Corpo balance isn’t enough to cover the maintenance cost? Will the base be affected in some way?

I'd like to ask for some advice about my next bases.

Right now I have:

I'll be unlocking my 3rd and 4th bases soon.

I'm planning to make my 3rd base a Ti & Fe base, but I'm not sure what to do with my 4th base.

My main base is running short on power, so I'm thinking about building a dedicated fuel production base and shipping the fuel back to my main base.

If I choose one of these deposit combinations:

- Carbon & Brine

- Carbon & Sulfuric Acid

- Triple Carbon deposits

Which one is the most efficient and can support the largest number of generators?

Ideally, I'd like this fuel base to produce enough fuel not only for my main base, but also to supply my other bases as well.

I'd really appreciate any advice!
