Beating the TX heat:
I wish we had more shade, but I have put giant blocks of ice in the white large bin on the left with a solar fountain that splashes cool water down into the concrete bird bath.
Finally I caught one of them splashing in the cool water.
Makes me happy. 💦🐦‍⬛ 💦
I put 2 large mixing bowls full of water in the deep freezer and drop the ice into both water sources. The solar fountain was $10 on Amazon.

At 4 pm the water was still cold!

I need someone to tell me what to do here. It should have been a simple downspout replacement, but the darn thing twisted and broke off!

What do I need to do?? Also, this drip needs fixed. Please don’t tell me I need to call a plumber on a Sunday🙏🏼🥺

Here’s my friend Corbin the Corvid taking apart a hard boiled egg so he can snarfle the yolk. Evidently that’s the best part.

Well, I have gone and done it. I have spoiled him. If I stop putting out cashews, will the once highly coveted peanuts, cat food& mealworms become trash to him? Such a diva.
