Is 63,000 DZD a fair salary for my job in Algeria?

Peace be upon you. I would like to get opinions from people with experience in business and managing stores, especially those who have worked as employees or project owners. I want candid and realistic opinions, without flattery.
-old guy, and I've been working in a store selling pastry supplies for about 6 months.
At first, I started to learn, but over time I became one of the essential people in the store, and right now I consider myself the person in charge after the manager's partner.
My tasks include:
• Selling and dealing with customers.
• Cash register and accounting.
• Organizing and monitoring the goods.
• Inventory.
• Receiving shipments.
• Preparing orders.
• Lifting boxes.
• And sometimes delivering goods to pastry stores after closing.
• I can manage the store alone in the absence of the person in charge.
I have also previously worked alone during busy seasons when the store was very crowded, and I handled the work pressure.
I contributed to changing many things in the store for the better.
As for the work:
I work 11 hours, sometimes reaching up to 14 hours a day.
• Usually, we leave at 9, 10, or 11 PM, depending on the day.
• During busy seasons, we can stay until 12 AM or 1 AM.
• I have about an hour of rest each day.
• We work 7 days a week, and on Friday, we work from about 10 AM to 1 PM.
• There is no work contract or CNAS.
In return, the employer provides me with housing and meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner), free of charge.
At first, my salary was 45,000 DZD.
I recently talked to the manager about a raise, and after discussion, he offered me:
• 55,000 DZD salary.
• + 8,000 DZD monthly bonus for effort.
So, it’s approximately 63,000 DZD monthly.
He told me that if my performance remains good until next year, he might raise the salary to 70,000 DZD.
My question to you honestly is:
Is 63,000 DZD a fair salary for these responsibilities and working hours, considering that housing and food are provided?
Would you accept this offer or negotiate for more?
Do you think staying another year is reasonable to reach 70,000 DZD and build capital?
Or are you looking for another job with a higher salary or less work time?
If you were in my place, what would you do exactly?
I want opinions based on experience, especially from store owners, traders, and people who have gone through a similar situation.
Note: I don't want answers like “be grateful and that's it” or “go change jobs” without explanation. I want to know why, and what decision you see as better in terms of money and future.
