my school mailed in a transcript but i also sent one digitally through parchment, and it was delivered last week but my portal still hasn’t updated.

i sent an email last Thursday and a follow up one due to no response.
i was wondering how long it usually takes for the portal to update and if theres anything else i could do.

i been thinking about just switching to a 1k personal account and building it up slowly and only taking out money after building it up to 2500.

i've only been trading futures for 3 months, 5 eval pass and 7 payouts. i did trade low float stocks for about 7 months before with my personal funds too.
im not really a fan of the rules as they often mess with my psychology which lead to me blowing accounts.

thoughts and advice?
