I’m starting to lose hope, I still haven’t reserved any updates on my preordered for Mouseburg edition, should I contact support? Am I even going to get it at this point?

Has anyone gotten there ps5 mouseberg edition yet? I’m still looking at a “we will let you know when we have an estimated deliver date” and I’m not seeing anyone post about the ps5 version just the switch 2.
