I’ve recently received an RFE on my EB1A petition. Most of the primary criteria have already been accepted (media field), but USCIS is questioning the following areas: continued work in my field of expertise, prospective benefit to the United States, sustained national/international acclaim, and whether I truly belong to the small percentage who has risen to the very top of the field.
I’m now looking for an experienced immigration attorney who has strong expertise in EB1A RFEs and must have specific experience in the MEDIA INDUSTRY, who can help structure a detailed and strategic response to address these specific points. If anyone has worked with a lawyer who was particularly effective with similar cases, I would really appreciate any recommendations.
