edit: sunday may 17th at maffeo Sutton park at 4pm

Its not a fitness class its just a few people exploring movements we'd like to keep doing.

The movements we stop doing are the ones we lose. So the weird stuff is usually what we lose first.

Healthily aging human bodies club, saturday may 9th at 8am maffeo Sutton park.

Why meet at 8am? Sweet sweet available parking.

What are we doing? Moving our bodies in ways that we might not usually move our bodies to maintain and retrain those movements.

Ever watched those videos of teens getting the older members of their families to try skipping?

There was a time in my early 30s when I actually had to retrain myself how to skip. I mean. At that point I couldnt walk anywhere without pain so there were other issues too.

My point is this. This is not a fitness class. I am not a teacher, but all the knowledge I have I will freely give. And I want your knowledge too.

My plan is to be able to move anywhich way I want until I die or fate takes that ability from my unwilling fingers and what I cant do well (various kinds of crawling) id like to do more and get better at.

The way this is completed is chaotically. This is not a class.

There is no fee. There is no body that is not welcome at HAHB club.

I have a variety of equipment I bring, and so far the people who come are wonderful and we just come up with ways to use the equipment.

The more people come, the better games we can play.
