I'm wondering how you guys are doing in the current event? I personally am pretty much stuck at 1 star in ToA 6. That stupid bug instakills anyone it touches with the death sting mark, even my Clara can't survive it, and I can't kill the yaks fast enough to stop it from eating them. How is my Anna not able to do appreciable damage to those things???? Kind of tilting...
From what I can see, once you beat floor 10 a single time for the first clear rewards, you never need to do it again. Each week you get kicked back to floor 9 and you only need to beat floor 9 to get all the weeklies, right? Is there any reason to ever go through floor 10 again?
I am a comparatively new player so my teams are still pretty lackluster. Only made my first-ever 5-star, Clara, last week by dumping 80 Immortal Recollections into her. With Clara, Selina, and Nydia, I seem to have quite a good Union team. The question is, should I try to "complete" it by going for Camelot, or hold on tight for SP Alexei?
I played SoC for a while on launch, reaching level 37 before I fell off. I reinstalled last week and thanks to all the events and some past savings I've gotten myself up to level 52 now and am just beginning to reach the limits of what characters can do with raw stats, so it's time to consider builds.
In particular, I decided to pay for the Cornucopia because I had maxxed it out just playing naturally, and that got me a ticket which appears to be tradeable for a LOT of REALLY good stuff. So, that's my big question here - what should I spend this ticket on? I also need to figure out teambuilding.
Among noteworthy characters, I have Selina and for some reason her sword was extremely kind to me and I got it to uncap 4 in only a few pulls. I also got Clara and her Lance (uncap 1) and I went ahead and got Nydia too. I also got Homa as an off-banner while pulling Selina. So, those are my four most recent characters. Otherwise I have the basic three (Faycal, Maitha, Rawiyah), Col, Magnus, Edda (my wife) and I bought Kiya from Expeditions 10 minutes ago.
What weapons and trinkets should I be looking at for my characters? Which ones should I prioritize? Thus far I am hard-focusing Clara and Selina, and also getting shards for Nydia (I heard she's not great but I've been very pleased and satisfied by the explosion chain reactions). Selina and Clara have their personal weapons but no one else has anything fancy. I'd love to have some meaningful suggestions for what to spend some freebie tickets on, or characters to watch out for.
