From being in the middle of a separation from my wife of 6 years (together for 8). She wanted space and never gave a reason in June 2025. The October I was contacted by a woman telling me my wife had been sleeping with her partner.
I’d lost a lot of weight went down to 71kg. Used alcohol as a comfort blanket.
Started looking after my heart, head and body and got back up to 84kg. Starting to feel better about life.
