Severe fatty infiltration of liver

Hi Everyone - Today I got an USG done for abdomen to see my urethra and hit by the news of Severe fatty infiltration of liver. Just to give a bit of context about me: I am a M39 of bulky build weighing 122Kg for at least 5-6 years and 188cm tall. I don't drink and infact not even 30mL in last 2 years and so. Before that I was rare and occasional drinker. I don't smoke at all.

My lifestyle is very sedentary and sit on chair for 6-7 hrs./day.. recently started yoga session and that's 2 -3 sessions/week.

ULTRASOUND ABDOMEN AND PELVIS

Suboptimal evaluation of liver and gallbladder due to increased subcutaneous tissue thickness and attenuation of USG beams by hyperechoic liver.

Liver is normal in size (14.8 cm) and shows diffuse increase in parenchymal echogenicity, suggestive of severe fatty infiltration. No intra or extra hepatic biliary duct dilatation. No focal lesions.

Portal vein is normal in course, caliber and shows hepatopetal flow. Hepatic veins and their confluence draining into the IVC appear normal. CBD is not dilated.

Gallbladder is partially distended.

Pancreas to the extent visualized, appears normal in size, contour and echogenicity.

Spleen is borderline enlarged in size (12.5 cm), normal in shape, contour and echopattern. No evidence of mass or focal lesions.

I've been so worried after this report which came in today and waiting for the follow-up. Need some insights and way forward. Pls do take time and guide me through this.
