I would like to get rid of this down spout running on to the driveway. Anyone got a suggestion on how I could run it to my grass. I know I would would have to remove paving stones but it’s the winter frost heave I’m worried about

Planted at the end of May in Alberta Canada and all them died. Cedar trees purchased from Home Depot. Should I try to replace them with new cedar trees?
