First metric being heart rate during sleep (in blue) it's been going downhill and my sleep quality has increased significantly (except today because I had to work super late and didn't have time to chill before needing to go to bed)

Second metric is HRV, never had high HRV like this ever before.

Third is stress, which is also going down
