A few photos from two weeks in Portugal.

I split most of the trip between Lisbon and Porto and tried not to plan too much. Most days were just walking around, stopping somewhere for food or coffee, and seeing where I ended up.

Lisbon felt a little busier and I probably walked more hills there than I expected lol. Porto was slower for me, especially in the mornings and later in the evening when things started to quiet down.

I took a ridiculous number of photos on my Fujifilm X100V, and a ridiculous number of random recordings on my Plaud recorder too. Waves, street noise, little thoughts from the day, basically anything I knew I'd forget by the time I got home.

Looking back, I probably would've spent even longer in Porto. Two weeks felt like a lot before I went, but it went by way too fast.

Portugal was very easy to just wander around without feeling like I needed to be doing something every minute.

My husband has been doing ice plunges at home for a while, and I honestly thought it was kind of BS. I finally tried it a few times this summer, and… I get it now. I feel more awake afterward, and the dizziness I used to get seems to have gone away.

Still not sure how much of it is in my head, but yeah, recommend it.
