Vent post about my struggles

Not sure where to start with this so apologies if it's a bit sporadic.

I'm not a Catholic. Not yet anyway. My family is non denominational and pretty vehemently against Catholicism. As I've grown as a Christian I see the reality of the Catholic Church being the one true church Christ founded, and that realization I feel as made my life so much harder.

Once I became convinced I became very inwardly prideful, and grew large distain for non-denominationalism and protestantism as a whole. I began to hate going to my parents church, and I still do to an extent, but less so now. To put it lightly I just saw everyone as stupid and uneducated. Thing is I'm literally no better. I'VE NEVER EVEN BEEN TO MASS I'M JUST LARPING (sorry for the larp joke but it's true). I still love my family, that hasn't changed, but I grew a bit of a resentment for them. Two generations ago we were all Catholics (I'm Latino), now half my family doesn't go to church and the other half are hardcore evangelicals.

Another thing is my struggle with sin (lust). I don't want to go into too much detail about that but I'm just such a disgusting person. I've been sitting in a state of mortal sin FOR YEARS and I have no chance of getting absolution for who knows how long. I've not even been baptized.

I've become noticablely more anxious and depressed, at least to myself idk about what others see. I see what little bit of the church I have access to as a comfort but also and a sick reminder of what I don't have.

Sorry for the spam, just wanted to get this out
