Whats wrong with Traffic department?
Was having tea near Manasa Tiffany's( now a different hotel) Opposite Sridevi Complex. This UP car was parked halfway on the road. Blocking the U-Turn vehicles and vehicles behind. No driver or anyone in the car. Just parked in middle. I was watching to see if someone takes it up with hotel management. No one did. I tried to find the driver. Couldn't. 10 mins later. Finally a traffic cop arrived on his two wheeler. Aah the saviour warrior is here finally. Felt relieved. Cop turned on the siren for 5-10 secs, looked back and forth, left. I was like WTF? No photo taken, no effort to clear the blockage, nothing. Left like its not his business. A
Not just this incident. Traffic and civic sense in Tirupati needs serious addressing. People parking anywhere they want, jump signals, use wrong route like its their birth right. It has become dangerous lately. And Department is mostly busy in handling VIPs and scrolling reels. Consider this as a useless venting since not a thing is going to change.
