It’s been sitting for a couple weeks (“long” may have been a stretch) and recently the price was decreased. I haven’t been in to see it but looks pretty decent? Has anyone been to tour it?

It’s in a nice area, totally finished and has a detached garage. I understand it’s in the middle of a row house and narrow but is that really what’s stopping people? Has anyone toured it? Wondering if the seller is hoping for MUCH higher than it’s been listed for…

Okay, just out of curiosity. It sold for 1.425 in the height of the market and doesn’t look like any work has been done to it since then…given the location and one bathroom situation and that the market has cooled a bit, do you think they’ll make their money back or will it sell for about the same/under what they paid?
