Am I experiencing the first symptoms of prodromal CHS?

I have been using carts daily for about a year or two now, and have not experienced any negative symptoms except for greening out once until recently. I used my cart like I usually did yesterday (about two-ish 6 second rips) and started feeling nauseous with mild stomach pain, and no vomiting. This is the first time experiencing these symptoms.

This morning, I woke up with bad nausea. I tried the hot shower method but it didn’t help. Food and water was able to go down without vomiting in small amounts, but the appetite was dead. I was forcing it down for the sake of getting any calories.

I searched up some anti-nausea music which actually helped a lot, and ended up dozing off for a couple hours. All the symptoms were gone and I felt fresh after waking up.

A few hours after the nap I decided to take a couple small rips just to test the waters, and I got slight stomach rumbles but no nausea.

If it actually is early CHS I’m ready to hang the shoes up for good. Nausea is a wicked feeling. But I’m not sure if I’m being too paranoid about this.

Questions about alcohol intolerance

I am someone of Asian descent, and as such I experience terrible flush symptoms whenever I drink. However, I've noticed that no matter how much I drink, I feel entirely sober while still getting the hot/red face and racing heart.

It sucks because in social gatherings I basically can't drink at all, and when I do try I don't feel any of the low inhibitions or drunkedness as my friends around me do. I don't think I've felt even a little drunk my entire life no matter how much I drink.

Has anyone else experienced this, and are there any fixes?
