Hello everyone! I’ve been a full time English tutor offline for almost years and decided I wanted to try teaching online too. I’ve set up a preply profile and upwork profile but I seem to get lost about what I should do about that next. So understandably, I haven’t been having clients. Another challenge is, specifically for Upwork, I cannot get the tokens (connects) needed to apply for the jobs that people post. And maybe it’s also not very helpful that being an english teacher is such an over saturated job market for tutors but well, tbf, that’s what I know to do the best.

So my question is, how can I advertise for my work profiles and services so I can get my first clients? Or is there any other platform I should try? Any suggestions would be helpful thanks!!

So I don’t remember who the song is by, what the genre is or really anything. All I remember was past year on the bus omw to the library at 6 in the morning this song would often play on my spotify shuffle. Unfortunately because it’s from early last year I couldn’t look it up in my spotify.

Anyways basically the song is about two girls who are in a bar and like one of them asks “how’re you so pretty” and the girl says:
