Hi everyone,

I’m looking for a clearer photo of this plaque from Lee Circle / Tivoli Circle in New Orleans (photos attached).

This is NOT the main Robert E. Lee monument plaque.
I’m specifically searching for the smaller plaque that used to sit in the grass near the sidewalk.

Does anyone happen to have:
- older photos of Lee Circle,
- higher resolution images,
- or maybe recognize this plaque/logo?

I’d really love to finally be able to read what is written on it.

My current hypothesis is that it may have been related to a Parks & Parkways / Parkway Commission landscape maintenance or beautification program.
