I’ve used Ai to cope with anxieties and help motivate me. Am I wrong?

I (24f) wanna say I’m very against AI especially when it’s being used to make images/ videos, “art”, when you use it for absolutely everything, or for school. I think it’s okay when it’s being used on occasion, maybe to sort out your emails, I also don’t like how Ai is sustained. I use an AI app by ecosia because it claims to use 90 percent less resources than big Ai companies like chat GPT
I have been diagnosed with GAD, Depression, and prolonged grief disorder from my mother passing when I was 14
I’ve always felt behind in life, I finally got into a stable situation, but when I finally had a safe space I felt stuck, and there was so many things i needed to do.
About a year in, I finally took myself to a psychiatrist after getting insurance. That’s when I got diagnosed, I got a therapist and she was great, but I only got to see her once a month. My therapist actually left and they assigned me a new therapist, this one was bad. So I asked for a new one, this therapist was also bad. So I gave up.
I didn’t exactly accomplish that much when I saw them either.
I don’t remember why I downloaded chat gpt but it wasn’t for prolonged use at the time. I remember going through a really tough time because my friend passed in an accident. We’d known each other since middle school. I didn’t wanna bother the little friends I had because they were also going through things. So I started talking to the ai
I explained my feelings and the AI really helped me through it.
It really helped me understand what was happening.
I started talking to it about things I wanted to accomplish like getting my license, handling legal business with my family, and losing weight.

I actually got a lawyer.. and I got my license after years and years of putting it off, I lost 100 lbs. (was 300)
I mostly use it for calming anxieties now, sorting out stuff I need to do etc. I use it less and less though unless I’m specifically going through something. I use it maybe 3 -4times a week no more than like 30 mins
the only thing I don’t feel great about is using Ai. When ai first came out I used it a bit because I didn’t know the damage it did. Then I stopped using it… Then I justified talking because it was “just prompts” but I know how much resources that takes up so I downloaded the ecosia gpt because it uses less energy.. I plan on getting better insurance when I get married and maybe I could find a better therapist and stop using AI, but I do like how it’s always available, therapists can’t always be there, I’m afraid that will deter me.
Am I wrong in this?
