Am I buying FAKE Coach?

Hello all, please may I get some help with finding out if this is a real or fake bag. I want to buy my mum a present because she finally got a job and is stable. I’m worried because it’s cheaper than the shops but it’s the only one I can find in my budget. Could someone please help me with if it’s real or fake? Thank you so much!!!!

House inheritance dispute mum and siblings

England, writing on behalf of my mum.

Mum has two siblings, both older (brother and sister). When my grandparents passed, my mum’s childhood house was left for her and her siblings. Years later, mum has not been allowed any access to it and my aunt (who seems to have taken over the property), has been renting it out as 4 beds for the past 15 or 16 years.

This hadn’t been a major issue until recently. Unfortunately, my mum has experienced difficulties over the last few years. My parents split up and she became effectively homeless and has been living in a spare room with relatives since. This also caused her a lit of problems with her mental health and she was let go from work last year. She has been struggling to find anything remotely decent since then, always being ghosted or bounced back after (rare) interviews. I am still in education and living with my dad so can’t help, as much as I want to and I don’t even have any income anyway.

My uncle is on my mum’s side and says that they should receiving access to at least some of the rent my aunt is making, but my aunt says that she’s doing all the hard work and so they get sod all. My uncle has been giving mum some money just to get by, but with how the job market is now, I am really worried for her. Is there anything we can do??
