Couple of pics from one of my favorite local rides up the AZ 88 through Canyon Lake - Roosevelt - Tonto Basin - Salt River. Piggy was in hog heaven.

The AZ 88 was perfect for the V-strom's capabilities. Hard packed dirt and rock on a maintained road and we skimmed our way along with 0 issues.

Will probably get a skid plate and maybe some crash bars before pushing her out again or into anything harder.

Was a funner ride than on my KLR 650 which surprised me, stand up riding was a blast through here.
