Planning to do a sunset photoshoot at Lake Minnewanka (around 9 pm). We will be staying at Banff Springs which is a 15 min drive from the lake. Is it safe knowing that it was closed recently for Bear sighting.

We are planning to take a day trip to the glacier and would like to know if it is feasible and if yes what all should we plan to see. I am staying at Fairmont Banff Springs and it is around 3 hours drive. Thank you!
I am staying at Fairmont Banff Spring and was wondering if I should take the resort shuttle to visit Lake Louise and Moraine or use the public shuttle service. The Parks Canada shuttle service reservation wont open before 48 hours the day of travel and I am afraid I may miss it knowing that we are travelling before coming to Banff. I have the option to book the Roamm Transit Super Pass but the latest available is in the afternoon and then we will have to drive to the pickup point(I read there is no parking available near the stop).
Also is one hour enough at each lake or should we stay the whole time ( they have multiple options where you can stay at each lake for an hour or decide of you want to do each lake for the whole day( almost 8 hours).
I have a 9 year old so want to understand what should be the most comfortable option.

I will be visiting Banff in first or second week of July and planning to stay at Fairmont Banff. I can see the Gatehouse rooms are cheaper than the Fairmont Gold? It is almost $3000 more for 5 nights. Is it worth to stay in Fairmont Gold for the perks and staying on the main building? Should we split days between both just to experience? Also looking at Fairmont Chateau. Is it worth staying there for 2 days or travel from Banff. Any pointers and suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you :)
