Do you guys think Justin's sons were non-magical at first due to Justin being a Half-Wizard and then marrying a mortal?
So they're basically 1/4 wizards, which isn't enough to generate your own magic, thus making it seem like magic "skipped" a generation? And then they only got their powers triggered due to an extreme external magical event.
