Had Almost 3 years experience with 14.5 CTC.

Joined Qualcomm as an Engineer last month with 23 gross pay, 3 JB, 2 Performance and 16k Stocks.

this is 100%+ of the hike, which I felt was great but if you see according to the standard of the company— it turns out, mostly here everyone got Senior Engineer which makes 10+ diff in CTC. Need to stay 1.5-2+ years to be eligible for Senior, after that there are tonne of people in the line of promotion.

I will be joining Mid August. I had some doubts on shipping and all for my things.

Is it possible that I book the flights and movers and packers and after joining I file for the reimbursement of the charges I paid. Is that fine without any issues? Will they accept it? - talking about cartus here.

Can someone give detailed menu of food since Google Gemini is probably giving wrong info. I will be joining in August, just excited on what are the options in food here in Breakfast, Lunch and dinner(if there is any option of that).

Also I was thinking to follow gym routine here so obviously will be wanting gym food accordingly.

Hey, actually I have been offered Engineer role while exp is 2.7+, and standard procedure for promotion is generally to server atleast 2 years. What to do? Since otherwise I will be near 5 years experience and still not be a Senior Engineer
