I have a Samura acoustic guitar model C-824

I’m trying to determine:

• Who made it.
• Whether it’s Japanese-made or from another country.
• Approximately what year it was made - there is a number of- 1982726 - which I am assuming is the date of production.
• Whether the model C-824 is associated with a particular manufacturer.
• Whether it’s collectible or has any significant value.
