I have 2.2 YOE experience working in Databricks, Python, pyspark, sql , Azure , ADF current - 5 fixed
Now I got my first offer with 16 fixed but tech stack is python, oracle sql, bash, autosys and maybe pyspark in product based firm/Bank
Shall I take this offer or not?

May i know how the things there for DE roles
Everywhere on reddit I'm seeing people getting 30-40 % hike for DE roles with exp more than 3-4 years
But I got an offer with more than 12+ ctc from one of the bank with 2.1 YOE summing 150% hike ...(First offer)
Is this a trap for me or what exactly???
