Hi everyone,

I’ve had about 7 interviews this year for engineering positions, 6 leading up to hiring manager interviews, and only made it to one onsite then rejection.

Is there something I might be missing or is competition really that intense?

For those who have been in my situation did you have to make any changes or growths to finally get an offer or is it just a numbers game and to keep going until you find one?
