Saunas and working out during chemo

Apologies if this has been asked before! I just started ABVD yesterday for Stage 2A classical Hodgkin lymphoma (nodular sclerosis) and I’d really like to keep working out when I’m feeling up to it.
I usually do HOTWORX, which is basically workouts in private infrared saunas, including yoga, cycling, etc. Has anyone continued doing HOTWORX or other heated workouts while going through chemo? Is there anything glaringly wrong with doing this during ABVD?
Obviously I’ll run it by my oncology team, but I’d love to hear from anyone who has actually done it during treatment.
Thanks, Lymphomies! 😎

Airline pilot diagnosed with Cancer

Looking for some advice from any pilots who have been through this.
I was recently diagnosed with classical Hodgkin lymphoma (nodular sclerosis type), so I’m grounded for the time being and will be starting treatment soon. My goal is to get healthy, complete treatment, and get my FAA First Class medical back so I can return to flying.
Has anyone here gone through the Special Issuance process after Hodgkin lymphoma? How long did it take to get your medical back after treatment? Is there any paperwork or documentation you recommend I start keeping now to make the process easier? I’m going to contact AMAS and work with them but just looking for some personal accounts. Thanks!

Just got diagnosed at 24

Hey guys! I’ve been lurking on this page for the past few months while dealing with swollen lymph nodes, but sadly I got the call today from my ENT that my biopsy is consistent with Hodgkin lymphoma. I haven’t met with an oncologist yet or had any staging done, so I’m still very early in the process.
I’m honestly devastated, but I’m also trying to stay hopeful because I’ve heard Hodgkin lymphoma is very treatable and often curable. As hard as this news is, it does feel like a relief to finally have an answer after waiting three weeks for the results from my excisional biopsy.
The part I’m struggling with the most is that I’m an airline pilot. I’m no longer medically qualified to fly, and after treatment I’ll have to work through the FAA medical certification process before I can get back in the cockpit.
I’m sure I’ll have a lot more questions as I learn what’s next, but I wanted to introduce myself and say thank you to everyone here. Reading your stories over the past few months has already helped me more than you know
