I got my exam cancelled. Please help me

I took the AP World History Modern exam yesterday.
5-8 minutes before the end of the test, my reoccurring daily phone alarm went off. Everyone I know and including myself was finished.
I have a OnePlus phone. I made sure to turn it off before the test and had a teacher witness. Then I was the first one to get up when they told us to double check if it was off.

But apparently OnePlus phones, power on 1 minute before any existing alarms, even if completely shut off. So it turned on and started screaming and screwed me over.

I got pulled out and my proctor was going back and forth on to whether if she would cancel my exam. She seemed reluctant to do so. She ended up doing so, because she cancelled a previous student and it wouldn't have been fair to not do it to me. At the time, we didn't know my phone was being stupid. She thought I made a mistake.

Later on, I tried to convince her and then she called CollegeBoard and confirmed she had to cancel it.

Then the night of yesterday is when I found out, it wasn't my fault. So I emailed her and talked to her today and she is still firm on cancelling it. She said its because it made a disruption, so no matter what it's cancelled.

I think she is scared because CollegeBoard told her to cancel it. So, I guess the reason she is still firm, even though it was complete misfortune, is because she doesn't want to get in trouble.

I don't know if she filed the incident report yet. I asked her earlier today and she didn't do so then. But, she might've done it already.

What do I do? I am able to retake it. I think my Mom already paid. But I was so locked in yesterday and I feel pretty strong about my answers. Also the FRQ prompts were amazing. I really don't wanna retake. Guys please help me
