I recently had some repairs done on my Tesla and the service center left the car at 11% for 3 days. I get a pop up any time I park my car with low state of charge advising that this can damage my battery. I don’t know much about these cars so I have a few questions:

1. did this cause any damage to my battery? I have a 2021 and am out of warranty.. so I’m a bit nervous about the battery in general

2)is this normal for Tesla service centers?

3. should I be complaining about this? The service advisor shrugged it off and said it won’t do any harm to your car so don’t worry about it
