How would you rate PVE builds dps vise? I see a lot of old guides saying strategic sword is the best, but i dont see it being true. Are there any resources where I could check current build comparisons or anything like that?

My goal is to be #1 at least occasionally, but now it looks like any umbrella user will dish out double of what I do. It just feels like I dont contribute in raids.
