I used to like the original version of the official HalloweenMovies site before it became generic and forgotten, but I'm more specifically referring to geocities and angelfire type fan sites. There were sooo many of them back in the late 90s and early 2000s and they had so much to offer. Lots of fan passion, personality, rumors, and theories in a the wild west era of the web, before sterilized templates like facebook groups and subreddits took over. Sure, these are easily accessible, but back then, you felt accomplished for finding the niche fan-driven corners of the web.

Do you miss them? Do you remember what your favorites were? What particularly did you like about these sites?

I know what's what, but I always call it by its water name. I love the movie, but it's a terrible title.

Do you create anything related to this franchise?

Fan-fiction has a stigma because it's generally pretty bad and borders on fetishism, but there are certainly exceptions.

You can write stories or scripts, make fan films, draw, paint, design masks, dress in cosplay, or simply showcase your collectibles.

Are you creative in any way when it comes to the Halloween franchise?

I see a lot of fans who love A, but hate B. There are Michael fans, Carpenter fans, Rob Zombie fans, horror & slasher fans, fans of the general holiday... and there are crazed franchise fans: the ones who love anything and everything about the Halloween franchise, even the bad movies.
