So I don't know if this has been asked before but I was just curious if we have any ideas. Is it perhaps another name for Godwyn, many of the demigods have multiple names. And anything with Tibia in the name is associated with those who live in death. Or maybe it's a place where the mariners come from. Any thoughts?

Edit: also I forgot to mention that the spell tibias summons has an s after tibia, which implies ownership or that the summons come from a place called Tibia, or perhaps were made by someone called Tibia.
